If I could
Is all about choices
How we do things
How we love
How much we care
How much we are willing to risk
to make things happen
This is the wake up call
like every tick of the clock hanging on your wall.
Asking you to choose
Who you want to be.

I don't know why
Silence on the inside,
like a peaceful war
but not for real.
This last couple of months I've been absent
From me, from you, from inspiration.
I don't know why
sometimes we let go the things we love the most...
But what really confuses me the most
is why I still try to write these lines.

Everybody have a different a way
Got love?
If it's the real kind
no matter what.
I bet it feels just fine.
(And hopefully smells good as well)
This is one of those days
That I feel happy
not be a Lemour

The persue of happiness
After all
that is what we are all looking for
sometimes with desperate passion
sometimes in shadows of silence...
the one thing
that makes us feel alive
for real..
But the question is:
How far are we willing to go,
to make it happen?

Who should take the lead?
Still the same questions in my head
thinking about where all this madness
is taking us.
Thinking about our roles and responsibilities.
We were put in this world
to make the best out of it
to care about it.
I think is fair for someone else
to lead the way
because sadly,
we have lost our north.

You know what really matters
Only a few things are important
many less than what you think
so make the try
make your list,
start naming 100 "important things"
and cut the list into half each day...
let's talk
by the end of this week.

I wish you have a Wonderful Day
One smile
can make a big difference
as well as cheering words
and good vibes.
The change you make in this world
is also related with all these things
so don't forget
to wish the best,
always
no matter what.

The Velvet rope of life
After all
we will all get there.
Eventually it should be Ok,
if we are sure that we are doing the best
out of each day...

Don't ask permission to raise your Voice
So much silence in this world
with so much going on around us.
And so few words
coming out
from our mouths.

What you give is what you are
When was the last time
that you look into your palms
to see what is that
that you are offering
when you extend your arms.

Come and join the Joy Ride
After all
life will end,
the fierce drops from the sun
will burn it all
and if not the
electric bills, your girlfriend or some gray person
will let you down so hard
that after all nothing will matter.
So then..
why not enjoy this ride, while it last.
No matter what.

It takes two to Tango
More than one war
silence and noises
Night and Day
rain drops and nightmares
sunshine and dreams.
Everything needs it's opposite
Like I need the sadness during this night
to wake up smiling
when I see that you are still here.

Back to those days of honesty
Whenever doubts come around
and nothing but questions emerge from the silence
I try to get back
to those days when I was a kid
free of responsibility toward others
full of commitment to myself
and I think
what would I've done.
To see
what I really want.

When it rains, it rains in boths sides
One of them is you
One of them is me
face to face
living in the same place.
How I wish I could say also
in peace.
But somehow
things aren't right.
But still I have hope
for your future children
and for mine.

Millions of eyes looking at the same direction
Still thinking about the future
in a broken world
with some new hopes,
as well as new disappointments.
If yesterday you celebrated
it's already time
to make the right things.
I am still waiting to see what you've got.
until then
you are nothing more
than another politician.

Can time change what we see?
Who is in charge in here?
There is always a game going on
some things deciding the lines of others
pulling some strings
rehearsing the script
that someone else has written.
And in between
we live,
sometimes to answer the only question that really matters
who is directing
and who is only here
to perform someones else
story.

What we could do before the end.
I know that the world is falling apart
I know that we did our best to screw it up
Now the chemical gasses will kill
what the sun couldn't burn,
and you and me still here waiting.
There is only one thing I wish I could do,
before it all ends,
to leave something good
before my last breath.

Has he really left the building?
Sometimes they come back
amazing people I've met all over,
some of them only for a couple of minutes.
Some of them only said a couple of words
and that was enough
to stay with me
in memories that every once and then come back
to visit me.
Today I've been thinking about those people that left a mark
and then left, or maybe not.
